How You Can Help

Whether you were appointed as the blood drive chairperson, or volunteered on your own, we want to thank you! We know your time is important and you have many other things to do, and we are so excited you choose to give us some of that time. Your commitment makes it possible to save so many more lives in our community through blood donation, and that should make you very proud.

The most important thing for you to remember and to tell others in your organization is that you are making a difference in your community. You are helping to save lives and giving something of yourself that can only come from caring donors like you...and for that, you deserve THANKS!

For your convenience, we have created a complete, step-by-step guide specially for our Blood Alliance chairpeople. You can request a copy of this guide from your Donor Resource Consultant, or you can download the PDF below. We feel that "Destination Donation" helps to answer your questions, let you know what to expect, and hold successful blood drives. For your convenience, we have also composed a sample letter you might send out to members of your organization, urging them to donate.

Download "Destination Donation" here.

We have also provided most of our available print resources for you to download and use in the promotion of your blood drive. Please email our webmaster to let us know if you have any suggestions for this area, or other resources you would like to see available.
